By looking at my TRANSACTION STATISTICS (PAST 2 YEARS), you will notice that I'm an all rounder.
I transacted many Landed Properties, follow by Condos and even HDB in both Sales and Rentals!

My latest deal was a 3 bedrooms freehold condo unit at the heart of Singapore, Primely located at the highly sort-after District 10. I am blessed to able to helped my seller to achieved yet another “Record Price” for a lower floor 3bedrooms unit within the same development during the most challenging Covid-19 Circuit Breaker period.

Right before my above D10 transaction, another 2 landed (a FreeHold & a LeaseHold) were Sold by me at Record Price.

1st in Service and 1st in Customer Satisfaction is what I have been practicing since 1997 (23 years & counting).
